I am located in the USA, but I do not have an account with a shipper. How will my orders be shipped?
If you do not have a domestic ground carrier account on file with us, regular non-bulk domestic shipments will be sent via FedEx Ground and the shipping charges will be billed to your email before shipment is released.
Why can't I order more than the quantities listed?
Some items have a limited production run. If the item in question is not limited and is available for re-order from the vendor, please contact your sales manager to see if we can place a special order for the quantity you need.
I did not find the Funko product I was looking for in stock, can I place a backorder?
Yes, we can place an order for you directly from Funko, please send us your orders to firstname.lastname@example.org please include SKU, QTY needed, and products name. Here is a link to the Funko Wholesale Catalog. These backorders/preorders can take a couple of months to arrive in our warehouse.
Can I order FiGPiN wholesale?
Yes, please email us the list of FiGPiN you would like to order to email@example.com and we'll see if we have them in stock or if we can order directly from FiGPiN.
