I am located in the USA, but I do not have an account with a shipper. How will my orders be shipped?

If you do not have a domestic ground carrier account on file with us, regular non-bulk domestic shipments will be sent via FedEx Ground and the shipping charges will be billed to your email before shipment is released.

Why can't I order more than the quantities listed?

Some items have a limited production run. If the item in question is not limited and is available for re-order from the vendor, please contact your sales manager to see if we can place a special order for the quantity you need.

I did not find the Funko product I was looking for in stock, can I place a backorder?

Yes, we can place an order for you directly from Funko, please send us your orders to please include SKU, QTY needed, and products name. Here is a link to the Funko Wholesale Catalog. These backorders/preorders can take a couple of months to arrive in our warehouse.

Can I order FiGPiN wholesale?

Yes, please email us the list of FiGPiN you would like to order to and we'll see if we have them in stock or if we can order directly from FiGPiN.
